Home is a powerful thing. It's the place you live, play, and make memories. Starting with her first home purchase over 30 years ago, Julie quickly developed a passion for real estate. After enjoying Seattle city living for over 10 years, she sold her Capitol Hill "fixer-upper" to move with her family to the Eastside. While continuing to remodel and sell homes she attended the University of Washington Foster School of Business and received a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, she entered the tech industry, gaining experience in high-tech companies like WRQ and Cisco Systems. These positions granted her impressive sales and contract negotiation skills, which have aided her greatly in serving her real estate clients, as a Certified Negotiation Expert. Now with over 20+ years working in real estate, Julie's enthusiastic attitude and caring nature has skillfully guided hundreds of buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. She has frequently been named a Seattle Magazine 5-Star Award winner and currently lives with her husband in Madrona, appreciating the unique joys of Pacific Northwest living.
