Julie's passion for real estate started with her first home purchase in the Northwest over 30 years ago.

She lived in Seattle's Capitol Hill area and purchased a "fixer upper" in Montlake. She enjoyed living in the city for over 10 years before she and her family decided to cross the bridge over to the Eastside. She continued to purchase homes, remodeled them at a profit and then took some of those profits to attend the University of Washington to pursue a degree in Business Administration.

While in Business School, Julie and her husband decided to start a business of their own; so Julie built a business plan as an ongoing project in school. Upon graduation, Julie transitioned out of the family business to get "big business" experience in high tech with companies like WRQ and Cisco Systems. She enjoyed great success in that industry and learned a great deal about sales and contract negotiations.

Julie is also a certified negotiation expert, a Seattle Magazine 5-Star Award winner, and has her Business Administration Degree from the University of Washington.


Jodi is a licensed agent who brings over 25 years of knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry.

She oversees the transaction from beginning to end and keeps clients apprised of the logistics and next steps to ensure your home sale or purchase will be managed smoothly and professionally.
