Julie’s passion for real estate started with her first home purchase in the Northwest over 20 years ago. She lived in Seattle’s Capitol Hill area and purchased a “fixer upper” in Montlake. She enjoyed living in the city for over 10 years before she and her family decided to cross the bridge over to the Eastside. She continued to purchase homes, remodeled them at a profit and then took some of those profits to attend the University of Washington to pursue a degree in Business Administration.

While in Business School, Julie and her husband decided to start a business of their own; so Julie built a business plan as an ongoing project in school. Upon graduation, Julie transitioned out of the family business to get “big business” experience in high tech with companies like WRQ and Cisco Systems. She enjoyed great success in that industry and learned a great deal about sales and contract negotiations.

The changing dynamics of today’s real estate market have made it a more sophisticated industry. In Julie’s 2nd year in the industry, she earned the President’s Award by employing her skills in negotiating, marketing and technology. Julie has lived and raised her family in the Seattle area for over twenty years and her hard work and local market knowledge enable her to deliver the best value and results for her clients.
